1. What products do you sell?

2. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to customers’ addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hangzhou City, China


3. How long does delivery take?

Our total delivery time is usually 7–14 business days, including:

  • Handling time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Transit time: 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri)

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.


4. Do you offer free shipping?

✅ Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required.


5. What time do orders need to be placed by?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.


6. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order was placed less than 48 hours ago and has not yet been shipped, you can cancel or modify it by contacting us at info@clartelamps.com.
You can always return your order within 30 days after receiving it.


7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for both defective and non-defective items.
Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
