Ordering & Payment

Shipping
Order handling time is 2–4 business days. Transit time is 5-10 business days. Total delivery time is 7–14 business days.
We ship all orders within The United Kingdom for free.
Yes! Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order.

Return & Refund
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@clartelamps.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
